Cancellation Policy
Cancelations can be made with a full refund up to 24 hours before the shoot. In certain circumstances if the director has already traveled to where you are located, the customer will pay the travel fees but not the fee for the shoot itself. Any cancelation during or after the shoot will lead to a forfeiture of most if not all of the fees. For more questions on this policy, please contact us.
